Promoted again within to manage the company key account customers. Focusing more this time on personal customer service one to one & continuing to deliver on the Client set KPI and SLA targets. My duties were very much the same as below with the additions of:Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly review meetings on client asset information, strategical trends based on anylitical statistics, pitched recomendations and cost saving exercises and delivering on new work projects.

Promoted within to manage higher priory Contracts. Focusing on customer service & high emphasis put on delivering the Client set KPI and SLA targets. My duties generally consist of:• Contracts including, short form, and annual contracts. Evaluation, Negotiation and Execution;• Review of customer proposed terms and conditions;• Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters. Act as contractual “middleman” between company employees and customers where required, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of any variations;• Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports etc and other documents for all projects;• As needed, provide guidance on contract matters to project managers or other operational staff, including training to new project managers, engineers and other employees as required;• Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy. As appropriate, contribute to or influence company policies;• Monitor compliance by company employees with established procedures. Identify areas of recurrent pressure;• Work with our H&S Department ensuring all BS / ISO and any other company policies are adhered;• Work closely with our Accounts Department to ensure all payment terms are met and agreed credit limits are met.• Work alongside our sales department to ensure all future customer requirements are met;• Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness;• Handle on-going issue and change management where required;• Monitor trends and highlight to the management team any concerns that may affect the delivery of the contract;• Oversee Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicators ensuring compliance;• Ensure contract close, extension or renewal when applicable.

Responsible for Surveying and managing each project following a Purchase Order.Communication through to completion of each project which would generally include:• a site specific survey;• design of each asset, the assurance that it will be fit for purpose and exactly as the client expects;• draw up manufacture AutoCAD drawings / plans for production within the our own factory all as per the Clients Specification;• Raise Purchase Orders for all the necessary parts required to procure to complete the project;• liaison with Client and the Engineers through to the final installation;• sign off the project ensuring all Clients are 100% delighted.

As the only engineer for a small Physical Security firm I feel i gained a vast experience within the industry on all types of shutters, doors and locks. Helped to manufacture all types of shutters, doors, grilles and gates and also refurbished an array of locks in the workshop. Helped with design and build projects working alongside Architects, site and project managers when carrying out site surveys.
