District Sales Manager
CurrentAs a District Premise Sales Manager with Dex Media I am responsible for all premise sales operations in the Central Ohio area. I manage ten Premise Account Executives and one Field Sales Assistant. My team currently has responsibility for all advertising sales in 6 counties in Central Ohio. Dex Media is one of the largest national providers of print, social, local and mobile marketing solutions to local businesses. My duties include the following:Responsible for 9.5M in yearly revenue. Formulate, recommend and implement plans to protect and increase annual company revenue.Plan and implement campaign strategies to meet company expectations.Analyze data to forecast sales results for my district and present to leadership.Develop a high performing and motivated sales force.Directing, mentoring and coaching of all Account Executives. Sales selection, training, developing and evaluation of performance.Customer service and satisfaction.Credit analysis and collections supervision.Financial responsibilities to maintain district budget.Community involvement and public relations responsibilitiesMy district team is currently made up of many of the top performers in the Ohio/Kentucky division. My district is ranked third out of thirty two districts in the Dex One East Region footprint in 2014. I have consistently had my team in the top 5 in the East Region since becoming a District Sales Manager.
