I am a UK qualified International Labour and Employment law partner. I specialise in advising (mostly US-based) multi-national companies on their global people issues, wherever in the world they may occur. I have experience advising across the full range of labour and employment issues, including global/regional/local restructuring projects, litigation, executive exits, works councils and collective representation, M&A, integration projects, employee relations issues, employee data privacy etc. Through our innovative ONE Model and our extensive group of trusted local partners, I have helped clients to solve people issues in more than 60 countries - with a particular focus on EMEA and APAC jurisdictions (and typically excluding the US). I am used to providing solutions-based advice to stakeholders across Legal and HR functions - always mindful of the global context and wider corporate/commercial objectives which overlay any given local issue. I am also well-accustomed to plugging into the existing in-house legal functions of my clients - with the aim of providing a seamless "outsourced in-house" experience.
