I have worked for the past 16 years for 2 large companies (Vobile & Rentrak) as a high performing sales manager and territory manager. My territory (eastern US and Canada) consistently outperformed the other territories during vast majority of sales quarters. I did earn the "Outstanding Employee Award" out of over 300 employees for Rentrak. I thrived in a pressure environment and was adept at using a team approach to accomplish sales and company goals. I also finished as a top 3 graduate in a Dale Carnegie Management Skills course (8 week program). I also have experience in Operations Management as I was the Operations Director for a 23 store retail chain for 3 years and helped orchestrate a successful sale of the company to a National Chain.
