With the the world in lockdown and my position in Asia now non existent I had indentified that one business was booming through the pandemic and that was Takeaway Food From the initial concept to the opening management and marketing of Bundabergs Premier Fish and Chip Takeaway. I designed the store carried out the construction and fitout, hired and trained my staff planned the menus and managed the day to day operation until I sold the business so I could return to the Philippines to restart my outsourcing business post pandemic
