CurrentProviding leadership in the development of the strategic approach to investment, supporting the building of capabilities needed for this business change whilst also raising the profile of Asset Management and business architecture within Scottish Water. Using and promoting Agile techniques (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and working with multiple stakeholders and regulators across the industry to deliver the Sustainable Investment Decision Making Blueprint and route map.• Leading a team of senior business analysts in developing strategy and support for change initiatives across the programme to achieve the objectives and key results set to ultimately achieve the organisations strategic objectives. • Responsible for the successful delivery and continual improvement of the strategy, planning and processes for delivering the change programme, co-ordinating the programme's projects, and management of their inter-dependencies. Ultimately responsible, on behalf of the Senior Responsible Owner (SRO), for delivering change.• Achieved the implementation of business, data, and application architecture, maturing through the levels at a significant speed with the objective of implementing this across the wider business to truly realise the benefits such a practice can bring.• Supported and developed a governance structure that supports cross initiative prioritisation and communication• Constantly ensuring that horizon scanning and benchmarking against external organisations is carried out to promote best practice approach to Asset Management• Leading the Asset Management Systems working group for improvement and cultural change• Made significant process in the steps towards a target operating model, working with appropriate Stakeholders for SIDM initiatives to deliver Objectives and Key results and progression towards the SIDM Target Operating Model.
