I am a BA Hons Business Studies graduate working in Customer Technical Services at Molson Coors as a Training and Quality Coach. I have a broad range of knowledge in business theory, with a passion for broadening my knowledge base and gaining a grounding in practical situations.I have good customer service skills having worked in a Hotel during studies, before moving in to a customer service position at MCBC. In addition to excellent written and verbal communication, I possess brilliant problem solving and analytical skills.Moving into a Training and Quality Coach role, I implemented an business induction from the ground up for new starters into Molson Coors and designed and delivered training through probation period to completion, along with regular feedback sessions. As a member of a team, I regularly conduct interviews to potential candidates to fulfill these roles.I created the standards for how customer service agents interact with customers and deliver great customer experience via the phone. I continually monitor calls, feedback, coach and performance manage to targets.I have recently completed a level 3 Digital Marketing apprenticeship alongside my current role which has assisted me in driving the digital agenda within the department. This has lead to website updates, customer marketing emails and I am now leading a project to implement video support agents for our customers.
