I completed a 5 year negotiation with the Terminal Island, CA facility that kept the plant open. Managed a team of 6 HR professionals covering compensation, benefits, payroll and HRIS.Became Employer Trustee on the GMP Employers Retiree Trust, multi-employer plan.

This included spinning off all pension and 401(k) plans, setting up all health care programs with new vendors and establishing the Pension Investment strategy, plus a "clone and go" implementation of PeopleSoft all prior to the TSA deadlines and within budget. Saint-Gobain officially sold its North American glass container business to Ardagh Group on April 11, 2014. -
