Reporting to the President of BWXT Canada, responsible for the executive leadership and development of the company’s Project business sector, including nuclear power plant refurbishment, modifications, decommissioning; new plants; and new isotope technology projects. Vice President & Program Director for the development, deployment and commercial launch of an innovative BWXT technology for the Technetium 99m isotope. A complex project, multi-national team, with global contributors in R&D, process engineering; radiopharmaceutical automation equipment, including a commercial reactor based irradiation delivery system. Development and delivery of projects associated with the largest nuclear plant life extension programs globally, at Ontario Power Generation’s (OPG) Darlington Station and Bruce Power. Established joint venture and strategic partnerships in the planning and proposal development of key refurbishment and asset management projects. Executive leadership for the development and operation of a satellite manufacturing facility; Executive representation and engagement with local communities, indigenous relations and work force development, as well as strategic planning for the Bruce County energy innovation initiative.

Vice President and Program Director for a "Post-Fukashima" modification for EDF plants throughout France - design, procurement, construction/installation, and commissioning; P&L responsibility managing an international, cross-functional team of 130 growing to 300+ personnel and contractors.

Vice President of U.S. AP1000 New Build Projects and Global Construction integration, for Westinghouse's New Build and Major Projects (NP&MP) division. Oversight and coordination of the current Vogtle and VC Summer projects, delivering the first commercial nuclear power plants (4 units) for the U.S. nuclear industry and our customers, in over 34 years.
