My first position in a professional kitchen.My only duty at first was to wash pots, but I quickly became responsible for basic prep jobs and sending desserts. I received some training from the chefs there and learned a lot just from watching. I fell in love with the high pace and intensity of working in a kitchen and decided it’s what I wanted to do going forward.
