I was RDC’s first employee back in 1993. During my career here, I have worked as senior project manager/estimator and construction superintendent on everything from simple signage to complex multi-use recreational facilities and aquatics centers. One of my greatest strengths is multitasking. I can simultaneously direct construction superintendents on several projects through all the phases of construction –– from permitting to obtaining certificates of occupancy. Because of my extensive knowledge and experience with all things “aquatic,” if there’s a pool or waterpark project in-house, I’m involved.
