I am a hard working, driven and self-motivated individual who is known to excel in every aspect of my work. I am always looking to build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure that I always deliver a high standard of customer service. I enjoy sharing my ideas with my colleagues and peers to aid in the assistance of allowing a company to thrive and expand.After finishing my degree in Police Studies with Criminal Investigation at University I took on the role with Softcat Plc. I have good organisation and leadership skills with a clear and logical approach to problem solving. I’m always approachable, cheerful and possess good observation skills as well as the ability to work alone or as part of a team where I have always developed positive working relationships. I am now keen to find a challenging position within an exciting employer where I will be able to continue to increase my work experience & develop my abilities.
