I was successful in doing this over my next 8 months which impressed my manager. While I worked in this role I gain my IT users qualification as well as my customer service level two and three.After this time my role changed from supporting students to supporting, training and creating IT resources for classes of the College lecturing departments.I gained a specialist role on portable technologies such as phones, tables and cameras focusing on Apple products. I created my own learning plan for teaching lecturers how best to use these technologies within their lessons.My sessions were very popular with lecturing staff and had fantastic feedback.Toward the end of my employment at City College Plymouth I worked closely with my manager to start taking on extra responsibility as I wished to progress within the team. I had such a great passion for my role at the college and took great pride in my work with students and lecturing staffUnfortunately our entire team was made redundant which is when I moved to cleaning supervisor with Aramark.
