In this role, Haddock established construction administrative processes and procedures, lead contract negotiations, and was responsible for the development and management of the implementation plans associated with contract execution.

Responsible for the overall day to day management of multi-story, multi-million dollar commercial construction projects within the construction management and general contracting divisions of the organization. Responsible for managing the preconstruction and design phase of the project, develop and manage cash flow projections, project manpower needs, budget and change management, schedule management. Responsible for the growth and development of assigned staff.

Responsible for implementation and management of prime contractor contracts for assigned projects. Prepared work scopes for assigned projects, prepared front end documents, evaluated submitted proposals for quality and completeness, budget and cost control, change management, process necessary budget amendments, insured contractors fulfilled administrative contract requirements in accordance with contract requirements.

Coordinated self perform crews and subcontracting crews with multiple prime contractors working on site to complete our scope on time and on budget.
