About Scott Hall

I am a team leader, specializing in automotive controls developed for the BEV commercial vehicle market. I have worked on all aspects of the vehicle from charging to torque path with an in depth knowledge of J1939. My training in agile helps me mold and develop team processes to industry standards (ASPICE and ISO) leveraging SW tools to reduce overhead and create artifacts to track process and project progress naturally.As a team leader in FW/SW, I have a strong emphasis on continuous integration including unit testing and HIL regression testing. I am well versed in managing global product development projects and their teams from the early innovation stages through the final production with numerous products in production e.g. circuit breakers, home automation, chargers and electric vehicles.With an electrical engineering background I previously worked in both hardware & firmware design with expanded scope of project and team management. I am trained in Six Sigma (DFSS Green belt). I have a diverse background that includes a working knowledge of wireless, networking, and agile (scrum) development. I hold seven patents and 3 pending in the areas of arc fault circuit interrupter (AFCI), trip units for circuit breakers, electrical vehicle service equipment (EVSE), and battery electric vehicles (BEV).
