• Final approver of all expenses and invoices ($162MM+ budget)• Developed and executed business & travel policies and procedures • Administrative oversight over Information Technology (2017-2021) consisting of five IT staff members• Oversaw daily aviation flight operations of UGAA’s King Air 200 aircraft consisting of 300 annual flight hours, three pilots, and a $785,000 aviation operating budget

• In concert with football director of operations, planned all travel logistics for football team with a travel party of 250 guests, including the team/staff, University President, Athletic Director, athletic board guests, and donors• Served as the Chief Bowl game administrator for the 2014 Belk Bowl, 2015 TaxSlayer Bowl, and 2016 Liberty Bowl, arranging logistics and accommodations for a travel party of 500+ guests and $1.5M in expenses per bowl game• Managed UGAA AT&T cellular program • Drafted coaches and staff employment contracts and formalized with UGA Office of Legal Affairs to review and see the contracts through the execution process

• Reviewed and processed all invoices and coaches/staff reimbursements in a timely manner and ensuring that transactions were accurate and complete, reported with acceptable accounting standards, and in accordance with policies and procedures

• Managed the game-day operations for UGA men’s & women’s basketball home events including: Led a part-time event staff workforce of over 100 individuals & facilitated the facility and safety needs required to accommodate capacity crowds of 10,500 spectators• Staffed 13 on-campus NCAA Championships and 9 Southeastern Conference Championships• Served as the Championships Director of the 2011 Southeastern Conference Track & Field Championships in Athens, GA that included 850 student-athletes and 12 SEC teams
