I am the Treasury Manager for Flynn Group, managing cash and debts for six different restaurant franchises. I have a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting and over 15+ years of experience in treasury, audit, analysis, and fraud prevention.My mission is to strive for excellence and tackle the difficult problems and finding innovative solutions. I supervised team's of analysts who monitor potential fraudulent ecommerce transactions, store shrink levels, and support the field asset protection. I also perform operational audits to improve internal functions, identify systemic issues, and work with the business groups to find viable solutions. I have worked on several projects to optimize data flow, reduce costs, and enhance controls, such as the Oracle X Store POS project, the SAP upgrade testing, and the Marketing project process development.
