I would say I am above all things a coach and team builder. I take pride in taking groups of individuals, finding their individual talents, and helping guide them toward becoming a cohesive team that meets and exceeds their goals. I have been fortunate in my career to have the opportunity to build several teams in Western Kentucky and Southern Indiana and I look forward to doing the same across the country. My experience includes being ASC Administrator (3 ASCs), Safety Officer, HIPAA Compliance Officer, Administrative Pathology Director, Physician Recruiter, Architectural Design, Development and Project Manager, as well having the honor of being my company’s liaison internally with our Board of Directors and Practice Management Committee as well as externally with third-party contracted services and local and regional hospital system administrators. Working for a dynamic and growing private practice has given me the opportunity to wear many different hats developing experience and skills in all of those arenas that I look forward to sharing with a broader region. I take pride in approaching all of my rolls with a smile, and occasionally a song. My teams have been exceptionally successful, and I am proud that we have done so with a sense of camaraderie, family, and have found a way to meet our goals while mostly having a good time.
