Provided advisory service to these groups on the firm's policies and regulations that apply to their functions. Developed and delivered Compliance training tailored to suit the individual requirements of various GS businesses. Reviewed regulatory changes and ensured the firm was able to support these changes. Advised on the development of internal policies and procedures. Worked alongside senior managers to identify and mitigate compliance risks inherent in their areas.

Managed development of social entrepreneurship in Namibia; developed budget, operational strategy, logistics, market reports, and business proposals for all stakeholders and partners. Designed plans to achieve high-impact development goals to improve quality of life in rural Namibia. Managed communications with critical contacts: Namibian government, non-profit sector, and major corporations. Focused efforts in Devil's Claw (Harpagophytum), Hootia, Rooibos, and others.

Managed a portfolio of 100+ corporations and successfully achieved over $1 million in donations in one year for United Way of Salt Lake. Presented strategic proprietary analysis on critical indicators for positive change over four counties to corporations. Identified and managed leadership donors among corporate management.

Managed, organized and motivated 70 program directors and 18,000+ college volunteers. Presented year-end accomplishments to the university deans and VPs. Researched new opportunities for future volunteer programs offered by the Center.

Worked with local field agents to establish public health advisory councils in rural mountain villages. Organized elections of community health leaders and educated them on critical health initiatives to disseminate information within their village. Administered medical help in rural clinics to patients, including assisting in a live birth delivery.

Evaluated effectiveness of integrated and non-integrated micro-credit approaches to public health programs. Conducted in-depth interviews of long and short-term participants to evaluate program impact. Reported findings to senior managers of ProMujer in Bolivia.

Developed plan for logistics coordination, budget, and operations of rug weaving co-op with Berber tribe. Created and presented to stakeholders the business proposals, development goals, and viability reports. Evaluated sustainability, profitability, and potential to improve the quality of life among participants.

Lived with the Himba tribe, established a relationship of trust to improve evaluation, and interviewed tribal members to learn about their experiences with and feelings toward international aid which was involuntary granted to them. Developed comprehensive conclusions and produced two documentaries over 45 minutes long for the university.
