This foundation laid the groundwork for a successful transition into the public sector, where I have dedicated five years to leading critical national initiatives in the healthcare and emergency services space.In my roles with the Welsh Ambulance Services NHS University Trust, I played a pivotal role in delivering the Electronic Patient Clinical Record (ePCR) program, ensuring real-time patient data accessibility and improving clinical outcomes. Additionally, I am spearheading the implementation of the Emergency Services Network (ESN), a national program aimed at establishing a resilient and secure communications network for emergency responders.
