I manage the leases for new vehicles across the National Express network of Coaches.Ensuring all specified equipment is fitted and maintained on all vehicles via 3rd party installations and coach builder location.I ensure that vehicles are active in the current location, removing if not required and putting the vehicles into locations that require them. Making sure the fleet has a 95% active rate.I arrange the inspection and return of vehicles that are either coming to end of life (leased) or surplus to requirement and able to be sold.I support and track mobilisation of replacement equipment on vehicles across the Coach Businesses, whether this is damaged units or upgrades to the current on board safety equipment.I maintain the approved vehicle allocations, ensuring accuracy where vehicles have moved depots or returned/sold. Ensuring information is always available to the internal and external stakeholders.

Currently supporting the management of on board Technology across the National Express Fleet. Ensuring all vehicles are fully compliant to the NX vehicle specification. This includes ordering of new vehicles to replace the older fleet and maintaining records of all on Board Technology serial numbers. I also assist the contracts department with any Adhoc requests. These may be last minute which require a large amount of work , which may include having to work late into the evening or from home.I maintain and support the Coach Operator approval process, which includes initial contact of potential new Operators in given areas, providing support and information in regards to the selection process of the National Express Operator Approval processHolding relationships at various levels within some of the Top Coach Operators within the industry, providing advice and support when needed using my extensive knowledge of the National Express Policies and procedures, including but not limited too the Content of Operator Agreement used within all Partner Operators running the NX Network across the country.
