Lead over 100 hourly and 4 salary heads in daily Production Operations in the SD Paint facility while ensuring compliance to all Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Maintenance metrics, guidelines, and procedures. Shift responsibilities include: Interdisciplinary skill set to Manage and Lead Automation teams, Maintenance teams, Process Control, and Production Teams. Mentor and develop new and intermediate process coach's along with other new talent.Work within a union environment attain success through negotiation and conflict management.Develop and implement prove-out processes to achieve flawless production startups.Develop nimble skill sets in direct reports to allow successful production shifts.
