Please note that I have changed my job title from Application Integration Engineer to Security Engineer which more accurately reflects my positionI am responsible for the Security modules within ServiceNow. This includes supporting current features, developing ways to improve the customer experience for our Operations team, and working with the main ITSM team to verify patches and upgrades. Another project I am especially proud of is I have developed over 30 automated tests to speed up verification of any changes to our instances.I also provide support for our integration with Bit Discovery, our logging tool Splunk, as well as other tools used within our organization. There are also several custom scoped applications as well.I am a Certified System Administrator for the Quebec release of ServiceNow and am studying to take the Certified Application Developer exam. I have micro-certifications for the ServiceNow Flow Designer and Automated Test Framework. I am comfortable with most items in ServiceNow, including UI actions, UI policies, inbound email rules, custom scoped application development. I have embraced ServiceNow's preferred "Low Code Development" as this helps prevent wasted time dealing with unsupported items during upgrades.I am GIAC GSEC, and GWCN certified and am preparing for the GPCS Certification exam which was just released. These tests are very demanding and I am proud that I have earned them.I also recently passed the Dell Boomi Associate Integration Administration certification.

Manage and maintain the RTLS system at the UVA Hospital. This system gives us the ability to locate equipment quickly and efficiently using the hospitals wireless infrastructure. This has both a financial benefit, and give a better customer service experience for the patients and staff.
