Well-rounded professional with 38 years of experience as a military officer, DoD civilian and contractor supporting intelligence and communications network programs for the DoD, Intelligence Community and State Department. This experience has mainly involved integrating and operationalizing large scale programs for the military and U.S. Government. I am currently focused on intelligence communication architectures and programs, and related systems integration activities, to capitalize on emerging network technologies within the DoD.Previously, I worked as a program manager at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), and at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) as the Airborne Outreach Manager to orient and train thousands of new employees and seasoned analysts on state-of-the-art technologies that are transforming the intelligence disciplines. As a Diversity & Inclusion Council representative at NGA for 5 years, I helped to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce environment by promoting educational events, group activities, and organizational accountability for diversity principles. Based on my experience, I believe employees should be engaged in the mission of the organization and welcomed into its culture.
