Oversees planning and execution of key projects for the Yongsan Relocation Plan/Land Partnership Plan (YRP/LPP) Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems (C4I) portfolio comprised of over 100 C4I systems that will be migrated from US Army Garrison Yongsan (USAG-Y) and other sites throughout Korea to US Army Garrison Humphreys (USAG-H) located in Pyeongtaek, Korea. The USFK Base Relocation Program is a landmark program and the largest relocation military forces in modern history. C4I Systems Planning and Integration is a critical element of the USFK Base Relocation Program and requires planned and managed integration of C4I systems into an enterprise C4I architecture. Throughout the program and the military relocation process, the plan will focus on continuous operations of key systems to maintain operational readiness at all times.

Director of Operations for the European and Africa Command Data Centers. Manages day-to-day operations, maintenance, and reliability for more than 400 Servers, supporting over 8000 users on several classified and unclassified networks, spread out over four geographic locations. Directs the work of the Service Operation Group, made up of 110+ IT professionals, including Systems and Network Tiered Level support, Helpdesk and Video Telecommunication Center (VTC). Provides oversight and guidance on all projects, prioritizing and assigning tasks to ensure completion of projects on schedule.

Information Assurance Manager (IAM) responsible for building Special Operations Korea's (SOCKOR) Information Assurance (IA) program from the ground up; turned the failing IA program around in two years and passed the 2008 Inspector General Inspection with commendable remarks. Provided system protection as well as certification and accreditation documentation (C&A) for all SOCKOR networks and systems (SECRET Net, UNCLASSIFIED Net, and SECRET Coalition Net). Manages IA Security Officers (IASOs) and provides program management, technical IA, and information management support.

As Lead Systems Administrator, oversaw, coordinated and implemented planned technical solutions for key services throughout the network, such as, the implementation of Windows 2003 Active Directory (AD) and Clustered Exchange 2003. Prepared and presented the Site Implementation Plan for the Active Directory migration to the DOIM Director for approval. In preparation for the transition from legacy network operating systems to AD, oversaw the installation of new servers and network equipment.

Senior Systems Integrator responsible for augmenting network systems architecture with new software and technologies. Led a team of technical experts in developing migration plans for key services, and employed planed technical solutions throughout the Windows Network.
