Served as one of four leaders of the company and opened a new green field plant for the launch of the DaimlerChrysler PM/MK program. Android builds the instrument panel and the engine for the Dodge Caliber vehicle. I was responsible for commercial activities involving the DCX Belvidere plant such as quoting engineering changes and new business opportunities. I also had direct responsibility for a small business unit involved with sorting, reworking and other special projects within the company. Also very involved with managing day to day manufacturing.

Duties were to grow North American market for an international company based in Spain. The products were OEM windshield wiper systems used in the truck and bus market. Successfully opened a green field North American sales office and warehouse and grow sales. I was responsible for all activities of the company.
