Managed commercial real estate acquisitions and renovation projects for the $100 million TNP/SLI Green Building Fund, which invested in value-add commercial and industrial assets to be repositioned as LEED certified properties. Project managed the $13.5 million renovation of the 11-story 302 East Carson Avenue office building in downtown Las Vegas, the first LEED Gold retrofit in the state of Nevada. Responsible for 9 real estate acquisitions in 7 states, totaling $160 million and 15 closings totaling $375 million. Negotiated purchase and sale agreements, coordinated permanent financing and performed market research, financial analysis, and due diligence for each acquisition.
