Scott Heck is a Partner with the Employment Litigation Group where he regularly litigates in New Jersey and New York's state and federal courts regarding employment disputes and significant products liability claims. Scott also frequently appears before the New Jersey Appellate Division regarding employment related matters. Additional experience includes ERISA related claims, constructive/comparative trust applications, condominium association law, broker liability and minority shareholder oppression.
