 Capitalized on the opportunity to establish and execute our corporate EHS programs at 325 locations covering all 50 states. That transformational leadership included managing, mentoring and training Safety Managers as well as Facility Managers across the US. That team then leads training, monitoring and auditing every location on OSHA, DOT, EPA, DEP and Electronic Logging requirements.  Direct all facets of OSHA, DOT, EPA and DEP compliance, as well as, monitoring all aspect of the changing regulation for the corporation. Handle all communications and negotiation with all regulatory agencies.  Contributed solid communication and interpersonal relationship talents towards conferring with internal and external customers to evaluate needs and key strategies to provide the safest work environment for all employees. Plan, coordinate and execute all STDC and NTDC functions for the corporation.

 Utilized broad scope of industry knowledge towards managing and driving our Company EHS Programs Direct all facets of injury and accident reduction through our Safe Align process by continuous monitoring and education.  Provide transformational leadership and mentoring 14 Safety Managers across the US and Canada. That leadership and team building led to meeting and exceeding our company safety goals.

- Capitalized on the opportunity to establish and execute our corporate safety program at 83 locations covering 16 states. That leadership included mentoring, training, monitoring and auditing every location on OSHA, DOT, EPA and DEP requirements.- Directed all facets of injury and accident investigation, as well as, monitoring all aspect of our workers compensation program.- Contributed solid communication and interpersonal relationship talents towards conferring with internal and external customers to evaluate needs and key strategies to provide the safest work environment for all employees.

- Utilized broad scope of industry knowledge towards managing the company’s largest linehaul, corridor and service center operations, including coordinating movement of company equipment and linehaul drivers engaged in transporting incoming and outgoing freight shipments to/from other facilities throughout the system in alignment with objectives.- Developed beneficial relations with the facility’s operations and sales teams to achieve service, safety, and operational goals, and continually insured strict compliance with government and company regulations, policies, and procedures.

- Directed a large-scale P&D operation consisting of over $80 million dollars in revenue while combining three separate locations into one. - Designed and developed the P&D operation, including mapping routes and evaluating drivers to deliver efficiency; managing fleet maintenance records and costs; developing standard operating procedures for a regional digital dispatch system.

- Directed and coordinated the arrival and dispatch of equipment in and out of the facility; managing and mentoring a staff of 15 supervisors and 120+ labor employees.- Designed and managed an in-house driver training program to meet the company’s need for CDL drivers.

- Drove efficient dock, yard, and P&D operations in alignment with sales, administration, safety and labor initiatives, including continually improving operating results while participating in new candidate recruitment, hiring processes, training, and performance focused on planning and development for 850 employees.

- Directed the compliance training to meet requirements for OSHA, DOT, EPA and DEP with all employees, managed a solution focused hazardous material response team for the entire facility.- Expertly trained, mentored, and managed our employees to reduce cargo damages by 20%; worked closely with external customers on proper packaging to help reduce claims.

- Applied strong leadership talents towards training, mentoring, and managing, and evaluating employee’s efficiencies; managed and controlled all maintenance records and costs.

- Played a vital role in training, mentoring, and managing a pro-active team consisting of 150 freight handling professionals, including optimizing resources to maximize efficiency and production by prioritizing work flow and adjusting man-power.
