As a Director of Institutional Relationships, I was responsible for delivering TIAA services at the most senior levels of our client institutions in the Direct Market. I was responsible for TIAA's overall institutional relationship with clients in non-profit fields, including private and public institutions and their decision makers. I managed a team of institutional Relationship Managers and partnered closely with client teams across business units to ensure service delivery excellence to all clients.
