As the Maintenance Planner / Scheduler, I met weekly with customers to understand priorities on repair requests. I estimated project costs including labor hours, material costs and time lines based on scope of work per request. I led 34 direct reports managing the movement of equipment to a PTO plant, during a plant closure. I directed required outside contractors, including specialty riggers and trucking requirements. I also liquidated obsolete cargo and tour trailers, scheduling workers to dismantle assembly line, and surplus non-current used equipment.These are selected accomplishments: • Oversaw consolidation of machining equipment during Capitol Drive Plant closure.• Maintained facility infrastructure and integrity by scheduling outside contractors to repair parking lots, reseal and stripe asphalt, repair leaking roof issues, and general maintenance of roof top HVAC units.
