About Scott Hodgskin

People say I’m enthusiastic, smart, fun, positive and strategic. All I know is I love doing what I do, and how I work with others shows that. Officially I’m a Strategy Lead - what that really means is I help people realise their product, brand or experience dreams through a fun, engaging and insightful method that delivers growth, loyalty and team transformation. And who doesn’t want to be part of that?Since I started ‘adulting’ I’ve been obsessed with how ideas are discovered, and how those ideas are turned into physical objects that people buy and love. I always wanted to learn the secret to how the fortunate few created things that have become such an integral part of our lives. I’ve learned that secret, and I feel so fortunate that I get to share it with so many teams that I work with. This year alone I’ve helped bring a British icon to the internet, led the design of a new product that will keep young people safe on the roads, led the re-design of an electronics customisation app, and led the redesign of social services.
