• Manage all aspects of developing, building, operating, and staffing 21 assisted living and memory care residences throughout the states of: Kansas, Alabama, Texas, Tennessee and South Dakota
• Support Founder/CEO by planning and implementing our business development and operations strategy
• Handled many aspects of our IT program including negotiating deal with and hiring IT company
• Resolve all maintenance issues with Company properties, equipment, and appliances
• Special projects included full commercial kitchen and main area remodels, landscaping revamps, processing of our damage and loss claims

• Qualify, select and engage general contractors (“GC”) throughout the construction process. Review and approve all submittals, RFI’s, pay applications, etc.
• Worked in partnership with GC during all phases of work (dirt pad, footings, underground electrical and plumbing, concrete floor, framing, MEP rough in, drywall, MEP finish work, finish work, life safety systems hood.
• Coordinate the installation of site specific landscaping package (Irrigation, plants/beds, sod/seed, trees, arbor, etc.)
• Order and coordinate delivery and installation of: Interior and exterior signage, GE room appliances, commercial kitchen equipment, nurse call system, etc.
• Submit operations policy and procedures to the state Dept. of Aging for review to secure proper licensing
• Coordinate all final inspections from Dept. of Aging, State and local fire departments, local city inspections

• Assist the Senior Project Manager and Senior Project Superintendent in all aspects of Construction Management
• Performing take offs for change orders, developing project schedules, writing RFI’s, organizing subcontractor coordination meetings, organizing and chairing monthly safety meetings, writing meeting agendas / minutes.
