Mr. Holmberg is currently retired. His 30+ year background encompasses all aspects of the financial services and real estate investment industries. Mr. Holmberg attended the University of Illinois where he studied Economics and Business Administration. Mr. Holmberg began his career at the age of 21 as a licensed Real Estate Broker when he was employed by Merrill Lynch Realty in Chicago, Illinois. At the age of 23, Mr. Holmberg obtained his Series 3 Commodity Broker's license and was employed by RB&H Financial Services and the then Chairman of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Mr. Jack Sander. Mr. Holmberg was subsequently employed as the Executive Vice President of Capital Management Group, Inc., where he directed the firm's Options Trading Division responsible for over $10 billion in annual trading volume. Later, Mr. Holmberg founded Capital Asset Management, Inc., an investment banking firm specializing in private equity. During this time, Mr. Holmberg personally raised over $500 million in private equity for various established companies and startups. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Holmberg managed the development of a 71 unit condominium project located in Northern Arizona as well as completed numerous construction projects in the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas. Mr. Holmberg is retired. He now focuses his attention on his family, his charity activities related to autism research and awareness, and as an author with the release of his first book coming sometime later this year.
