Served as an external consultant for the firm's diversity and inclusion change strategy. I led the diversity and inclusion consulting, assessment and training practice in the Americas for IBM's Smarter Workforce division. Trusted advisor to Chief Diversity Officer of Fortune 10 company, a global manufacturing customer with 400,000 employees in 16 countries. Advised implementation of this organization’s first ever global inclusion survey, interpreted their data, assisted in writing division level reports with recommendations and with creating a process to cascade reporting and implementation strategies throughout the world. Recommended specific education initiatives for specific business units and geographies, based on their survey data. Assisted in creating linkages between this inaugural survey and their long standing engagement survey.

First ever principal diversity consultant for Kenexa, developed consulting and training practice from the ground up. I served as head of business development, managed 15 consultants, developed new curriculum and customer solutions, and managed all key customer relationships. My work served to transform the organizational thinking of Kenexa (and later IBM Smarter Workforce) to imbed diversity thinking into many business applications and products across the organization.
