I am the lead designer for the company's AFT™ proximal humerus fracture plate and fracture reduction system (FDA approved in 2012; launched 2013), and for the GTFx greater tuberosity fracture plate (FDA approved in 2014). The GTFx™ plate is the first device designed specifically for treatment of greater tuberosity fractures of the proximal humerus bone.
