I oversaw an interior fit-out of various apartments including:- Outlook Apartments Mission Bay- Elm Apartments Remuera- Wairua Apartments RemueraThese projects were high-end apartment buildings, all completed on time, within budget and to a high standard. I was also part of the restoration team for the Kingfish Lodge, Whangaroa Harbour

With Alaska, I worked on various office fit-out projects, which included an extension of the heritage listed building, The Northern Club on Princess St in the CBD

I was employed with Hughes Construction as a Site Manager, where I completed an interior fit-out of the North Apartments in Grey Lynn, as well as the completion of the building envelope

I re-joined Canam, working in the commercial wing of the company where I completed the following projects during my time there:- Railside Avenue, Henderson / Mixed-Commercial Tilt Slab Structure with Undercover Parking.- John Lysaght Building / Seismic Upgrade of a 90+ year old building in Wynyard Quarter.- Copthorne Hotel, Quay Street / Seismic upgrade & refit of a five-star hotel
