Along with desking deals, I am also responsible for appraising potential trade-ins, advising on inventory selection, recruiting, online marketing, training new hires, and coaching. In this role, I have added or refined a number of skills and disciplines acquired through my life, and it is thrilling to put them all into play at the same time.
