Whilst working at Kimberly Clark, I directed our family milk distribution business. Identifying a significant opportunity in order processing & hence set up an offshore order processing center in India. At the same time, I designed, self-funded and project managed an omnichannel orders platform required to facilitate offshore processing. During these 3 years, I would work at KC during the day in a senior analyst role, come home and process 100s of orders at night, and on Friday nights start work at 2 am to drive a 10-tonne truck to provide leave for drivers. That's getting your hands dirty :)The system I developed during this period became used by most franchisees across Australia due to its efficiency and fit for purpose. It was finally adopted and endorsed by the Franchisor - Lion Nathan - and continues to be used to process all Lion Independent orders prepared daily. Working as a Senior BA to the Regional Supply Chain director managed all Financial reporting and associated systems. These were a combination of SAP, SAP objects, Excel, Power Pivot BI.Rebuilding systems, developing new processes were standard tasks. I was recognised as an outstanding contributor to the company. including a KC world-class finance award.Post my Supply Chain success I began reporting to the Finance director managing the build of the new Asia Pac regional Costing team.
