• Design verification and inspection of pressure equipment in accordance with PED 97/23/EC • Design verification of pressure vessels to PD 5500, ASME VIII and EN13445.• Conformity assessment and type approval of equipment to TPED 2010/35/EU and ADR.• Conformity assessment of gas cylinders aginst the requirements of DOT, TC and SANS.• ISO9001 lead auditor (IRCA).• Auditing of clients worldwide against the requirements of PED 97/23/EC and TPED 2010/35/EU• Type approval and in-service inspection of road tankers to the requirements of ADR.• Weld procedure and welder qualification invigilation.• Responsible for ensuring all processes and procedures are fully integrated into ISO17020 QMS.• Member of British standard committees PVE/3/3 -Gas containers; and PVE/019 – LPG containers• 3rd party inspection of pressure equipment.

Held numerous roles including inspector, Quality Manager, Operations Manager and culminating in Operations Director:• Overall responsibility for all operational functions within the company.• Achieved UKAS approval as a Type A Inspection Body under ISO17020.• Obtained company status as a Notified Body under CDGTPER2009.• Undertook audits of European gas cylinder manufacturers against the requirements of TPED.• Performed purchaser's representative inspections of cylinder manufacturers.• Undertook conformity assessments of cylinders to TPED and ADR.• Maintained ISO 9000 and QS9000 approvals for two separate companies.• Designed and implemented training courses that fulfilled the criteria of ISO17020 and RG3.• Member of BSI PVE/019 committee; LPG containers and associated fittings.• Attended meetings with UK Competent Authority on behalf of LPG industry.
