The Catholic Health Ministry of Saskatchewan (CHMS) is a Faith-based ownership/sponsor group for a number of acute, long term care and other health care facilities within Saskatchewan. CHMS' role is one of governance, ensuring the services provided are sustainable, ethical and quality focused. Responsabilities include accountability for all facets of this organization. The position is accountable to an appointed Board of Directors.

Responsabilities included coordination and facilitation of clinical service alignment for the Saskatoon Health Region

Accountabilities included multi-program service delivery by an inter-disciplinary team to geriatric clients on an in-patient and outreach basis, physician recruitment/retention and program development.

Responsabilities included a comprehensive review of ethics' services within Saskatoon Health Region and the development of a recommended program model for SHR Ethics' Services

Accountabilities included the responsability for the delivery of Occupational Therapy services for both residents and off-site clients.
