Lead a team responsible for legal invoice analysis, end-user support and training, accounts receivable, product development - Simple Invoice Management System (SIMS), custom interfaces and reporting and sales/marketing to potential clients.

Joined start-up to manage implementation of E-Duction’s proprietary payment technology which allowed employers to offer a leading-edge employee benefit at no cost. Implemented e-Duction’s Payroll Exchange technology using webMethods to integrate with employer payroll systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft and ADP.

Key activities included day-to-day project management, development of project plans, coordination and execution of production support and development of business cases for HR Data Warehouse (HRDW) and related HR Reporting project proposals. Supervised enhancement activities and support for the Executive Compensation Systems.

Managed the design and documentation of all interfaces between a web-based time, expense and labor distribution system called TIMEnX and PeopleSoft Payroll during ERP implementation. Played a key role during implementation of PeopleSoft Financials focusing on administration of change control and patch administration processes.

Managed project lifecycle including requirements definition, workflow analysis, data mapping and synchronization, coordination of interfaces, testing, training and support in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. Applied ADP’s implementation methodology to ensure smooth transition from client legacy systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Ceridian, Paychex and Manugistics to ADP systems.
