His extensive deal-making experience includes the sale of Cytel to Astorg and Nordic, the spin-off of Ikaria's R&D business into an IPO (Bellerophon Therapeutics), the sale of Ikaria to Madison Dearborn Partners for and then to Mallinckrodt, the sale of Reliant to GSK, multiple financings totaling nearly $4 billion, acquisitions, co-promotion agreements, and strategic alliances. Prior to Ikaria, he was a Manager of Assurance and Business Advisory Services at Arthur Andersen.
