Active monitoring of high value cargo (valued at minimum $20 million USD), operating specialized software with regard to time sensitivity to ensure total fulfillment of customer policy. Personally responsible for the security of the shipments, driver compliance, function of devices, and emergency phone calls in instances of theft and police involvement. Started on the overnight shift and progressed to second shift, and then to first shift. Operated as official stand-in for Control Center Lead position in times of absences. Personally designed, proposed, and implemented a standard operating procedure resource on clients for company wide use. Engineered a system to manage the rapidly changing policies. Specially selected to train all new hires. Identified lack of resources available to train new hires, and used expertise gained as the trainer to then develop a training resource for the Command Center and Human Resources departments. Member of the FreightWatch Action Team, tasked with implementing process improvements within the Command and Control Center.
