-Procure materials and services for the Jackfish District. Purchases are required for warehouse replenishment, capital projects & regulatory / operational work orders. Annual portfolio of approximately $6-8 million. All purchases in compliance with schedule, quality requirements, and commercial terms in support of Jackfish operations.­-Part of the transition to a Third Party Logistics (3PL). Led to a vendor & PO consolidation.­-Evaluate inventory levels (max, min), negotiate pricing, build strong vendor & business unit relationships, expedite all orders.-Provide on time reporting to supply chain stakeholders as well as other business units.­-Reports / summaries were built using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, TIBCO Spotfire, Power BI, BIDW HANA-Reports included but not limited to spend analysis, vendor transaction analysis, EHS dashboard (reviewed monthly by the Canada Executive), chemical usage / unit costing, purchase order analyses­-Develop presentations used by senior leadership
