    Scott's primary role was to make initial contact with new clients in the showroom and give them an initial introduction to the company whilst trying to gauge a clear understanding as to what their needs and expectations were for their new kitchen.The next step was for Scott to meet the clients at their home and do a full site survey of the space. From there, this information was taken back to the office and input into the Compusoft Winner Design program. All of the clients information was then compiled and a full design was created and priced ready for presentation.A presentation complete with plans, elevations and perspectives and full description of all works, from preparation to aftercare, would then take place. This is the clients first chance to see Scott's vision of their new kitchen and air any views or changes they want to make. A second and final presentation then takes place in which the clients requested changes have been made. Providing the clients expectations have been met and hopefully exceeded, final choices regarding colours, handles and spec of appliances etc are then made and the contract is signed.
