With over thirty years of experience in financial management, analysis, reporting, planning, and budgeting, Scott is responsible for the management and direction of the firm’s accounting team. Financial and Operations Management.

Originally started as a consultant, in this newly created position, provided overall financial management to the owner and management of a large international entertainment business that provided tours and festivals with VIP experiences, travel packages and shuttles in partnership with artists or venues. Employed over 65 full time employees and hundreds of local contracted event staff. Provided human resource management, IT, office management, accounting, financial planning, analysis, and forecasting for the businesses. Cash management, operating expense control and accurate event forecasting were critical to the business success.

In this newly created position, provided overall financial management to the owner and management of a large regional construction contractor and glass manufacturing businesses with over 100 employees. Provided overall financial management to the owners/developers of a 401 room hotel and indoor waterpark to be built in Wildwood, New Jersey. Developed the private placement presentation document used to market the project to the investment community. Provided accounting, financial planning, analysis, and cash forecasting for the project. Assisted in the preparation of over 600 corporate and individual tax filings for 2010 and 2011.

Provided overall financial management, accounting, financial planning and analysis, cash forecasting, accounts payable and accounts receivable for this privately held wealth management business. Performed personal CFO services to high net wealth individuals, handling everything from car purchases and bill payment to asset protection analysis and wealth preservation strategies. Prepared business plans and financial forecasts to support capital raises for projects that ranged from movies and solar powered water purification systems to the launch of 3D with-out glasses.

Interim Finance Director for billion dollar worldwide media company; established the business process, five year plan, accounting policies and procedures for the launch of advertising sales on their internet site.
