Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) – Chicago, IL May 2013 – July 2016Supervised the project management, controls, field oversight, engineering support, quality assurance and safety for 5 CTA infrastructure projects including fueling facility upgrades, HVAC system upgrades, building automation system installations, bus inspection pit replacements, and facility roof replacements ranging from $1 million to $10 million.University of Chicago (UofC) ‐ Chicago, IL December 2014 – March 2015Developed and presented over 25 project charters, project scope descriptions, budget estimates and project schedules within a consolidated 2 month Capital Planning time period for the University of Chicago’s FY2016 Capital Planning and Budget Request Cycle.Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) – Chicago, IL August 2011 – May 2013Spearheaded the development of a detailed and comprehensive 50‐year budget plan for CHA’s Capital Maintenance Program as well as oversaw the design and construction of approximately 16 residential property renovations with individual contract values up to $15 million. Successfully decreased the average project closeout duration by 70% while managing the closeout process for all CHA projects.

MKE Airport Area NMP – Milwaukee, WI November 2010 – August 2011Developed and monitored a detailed, resource loaded, 5,000 activity program schedule used to track progress and coordinate program resources while providing Program Controls Management services.Delta Air Lines Terminal 5 SABS Project – Los Angeles, CA March 2010 – November 2010Succeeded in an unprecedented project execution timeframe by developing, managing and executing a fully resource loaded zero float project schedule for the world’s first Inline Secure Apron Baggage Screening (SABS) facility. Developed and coordinated an accelerated start‐up, commissioning and turnover plan by planning and scheduling inputs from all project stakeholders including Delta, TSA and Los Angeles World Airports.General Services Administration (GSA) – Chicago, IL July 2008 – March 2010Oversaw the construction of 3 high profile GSA Chicago Federal Center Expansion Program projects completed concurrently with a total construction value of $5.1 million.

Prepared, negotiated, executed and managed over 13 trade contracts totaling $31 million making up the hotel lobby and exterior plaza portion of the 92‐story, $847 million Trump International Hotel and Tower project.

Headed the cost and change management on the $125 million Suzanne and David Saperstein Critical Care Tower at Cedars‐Sinai Medical Center. Prepared, presented and negotiated over 300 owner and subcontractor change orders as well as managed the procurement, coordination and installation of all contractor installed and owner installed medical equipment.

Managed the coordination and completion of over 15 biotech projects within a 2 year time span with individual contract values ranging from $30,000 to $7 million.

Controlled the day‐to‐day processing and tracking of project RFIs, submittals and change orders on the $150 million ground‐up Highland Hospital project.
