Human centered product design and innovation studio from Accenture.- Led innovation and go-to-market strategy projects for clients- Conducted ethnographic research to uncover deep customer and consumer insights- Coordinated cross-functional teams of strategists, designers and engineers to identify opportunities, articulate the vision, visualize potential solutions, and outline the path forward

Helped lead Accenture's first acquisition in the product innovation space that triggered subsequent acquisitions (Mindtribe, Pillar, designaffairs, Nytec, ?What If!, Happen) to bolster end-to-end innovation services.- Helped identify Altitude and execute the acquisition (business case, due diligence)- Led integration with a focus on key business activities (culture, offering, go-to-market, sales)

Launched startup focused on making it easier to eat healthy at work. Initial product was a bi-weekly delivery of fresh, organic produce in a reusable wooden crate for companies to provide as a benefit for employees. - Developed product, built online ordering capabilities and launched marketing campaign- Signed long-term contracts with local companies, gaining most traction with ad agencies- Expanded offering into take-home bags of fruit for employees to purchase- Successfully exited business by selling existing contracts and sales pipeline to a competitor

Design and manufacturing support to launch new models of Medium Wheel Loaders.- Conducted cost analysis to drive component standardization and reduce costs across model lines- Redesigned problem areas within the cooling system and created 3D product designs- Supported a major pilot build by providing engineering support on the manufacturing floor and using Six Sigma methodologies to drive issue resolution

Coordinated the organization’s lobbying efforts at the state and federal levels.- Developed the lobbying strategy and monitored legislation impacting higher education- Led a team of 9 registered lobbyists to support and oppose specific legislation- Built relationships with legislators and presented testimony before Senate and House committees
