Working with Social Care clients across the South Wales area to provide permanent recruitment needs from mass recruitment drives through to specialist vacancies. We take the time to understand our clients and candidates needs by building an honest, transparent and open working relationship so that the all important candidate match is right.

Managing a temporary desk for Primary schools in the South Wales area. During this time I quickly developed strong relationships and this allowed me to win business across the region for teachers, teaching assistants and midday supervisors. The role also involved working with special educational needs schools to find candidates who specialised in working with very specific learning needs.

My first position was working with a large local authority to manage all social care staffing needs on a weekly basis. I strived to consistently have a fill rate of 95% each week from the 80% fill rate at the time of me taking over the account.
